After extensive market research and stakeholder consultations, we transitioned from our previous brand identity to CommFast Archive—a name that embodies our commitment to fast, reliable communication and comprehensive archival services.

This rebranding represents more than just a name change. It signifies our evolution from a document storage provider to a full-service corporate knowledge management platform. Our Current Platform

Today, CommFast Archive serves as a private corporate digital repository designed exclusively for internal use by authorized personnel. Our platform hosts over 1.2 million files, including technical documentation, industry standards, reference materials, and proprietary corporate resources. With a total archive size exceeding 3,200 GB, we maintain one of the largest private corporate knowledge bases in operation.

Our infrastructure is built on enterprise-grade technology, ensuring high availability, robust security, and seamless access for authorized users. We employ advanced encryption, multi-tier backup systems, and comprehensive access controls to protect sensitive corporate information while maintaining ease of use for legitimate users.

Access and Security

CommFast Archive operates on a strict access control model. While we provide public access to a limited selection of sample files to demonstrate our platform's capabilities, full access to our extensive archive requires corporate authentication. Authorized personnel can sign in with their corporate credentials to access the complete repository, including specialized collections, historical archives, and premium content.
